Phase III Underway at Naples Square

With construction winding down and only a select number of Phase II homes still available, Phase III of Naples Square is now underway, with an impressive new selection of home designs. This remarkable newer construction community is located in Downtown Naples, at the corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Fifth Avenue South.

Phase III of the Ronto Group development includes floor plans of around 1,400-3,200 square feet, with prices starting in the high $600,0000s. With the choice of a one or two-story design, the homes include two- to three-bedrooms plus a den. Other extras include the tall ceilings, designer flooring and kitchens and the open-air terraces.

Borrowing upon the designs of some of the more popular homes of Phase I, some of the floor plans include more square footage in Phase III, particularly the Phase III Fenwick, which offers three-bedrooms, 3.5-baths, a second floor owner’s suite and the standard addition of an elevator. Starting at $1.55 million, this plan also offers a large outdoor living space, a one-car garage and convenient access on to Fifth Avenue South.

To allow for more space on the second level, the Phase III redesign replaces the two-story great room ceiling of its Phase I counterpart with a 10-foot ceiling, while also adding four feet to the great room and a powder bath to the second floor. The two second-floor bedrooms open up to the outdoors.

The homes of Phase III will retain the same luxury finishes appreciated by the rest of the property, such as the seven-inch crown molding and porcelain tile flooring in some of the main living areas of the homes. Enhanced features include the appliances in the Phase III kitchens.

Nearly three-quarters of the homes of Phase II are already sold, with an expected completion for that phase of early 2017. Development of Naples Square first began in 2014, with plans for 300 individual units within four buildings, joined by gardens and courtyards.
