Pelican Bay vs. Pelican Marsh
They’re similar in name, but Pelican Bay and Pelican Marsh are two distinct North Naples communities.
Pelican Bay
Pelican Bay is home to a private golf course and private beach, as well as a number of other amenities. Found in North Naples, the community sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. Buyers can choose from dozens of different neighborhoods and thousands of different residences.
Residential options in Pelican Bay include condos, villas, and single-family homes in a variety of styles, styles, and price points. Homeowners in Pelican Bay can easily access the beach in one of the community’s open-air trams. The property is also home to a golf course with optional membership, tennis, a fitness center, and spa. For added recreation, there are biking, walking, and jogging paths that wind throughout the community.
Once declared one of the nation’s best master-planned communities, Pelican Marsh offers everything from single-family homes to villas and condos. Pelican Marsh sits close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and area beaches.
Mercato sits right outside of the community’s main gate, and there are several other options outside of the community’s back gate. The homes of Pelican Marsh are also serviced by several highly rated public schools and not far from popular Third Street South and 5th Avenue South.
