Pelican Bay Community Park
With plenty of room for tennis, racquetball, soccer, basketball and more, Pelican Bay Community Park is a true treasure for the local Naples community. This Collier County staple certainly offers plenty of fun for those of all ages to enjoy, with an array of outdoor recreation to choose from.
The park boasts an impressive eight lighted clay tennis courts. Annual tennis memberships are available for an added fee, plus there are also private lessons available as well, right on-site. In addition, the property includes four lighted racquetball courts.
As well, the park also enjoys a lighted basketball court to entertain those of all ages plus a soccer field, softball field, and visitors have access to two bocce ball courts, serving up an array of outdoor recreation, no matter your interests. Other options for coming to Pelican Bay Community Park include taking a jog or stroll along the walking trails, plus use of the pavilion and views of the park’s scenic lake. You’ll also find picnic tables within the park, making it easy to enjoy an entire day of fun.
The younger crowd is sure to enjoy the fenced-in playground, while a pet-friendly atmosphere commonly draws dog owners to the park to enjoy a walk through the open green space. While not especially crowded most days of the week, the public park does provide just the right amount of space for an abundance of outdoor recreation.
Found along Vanderbilt Beach Road, you’ll discover the park at the north end of Pelican Bay, with available parking. The park is open every day of the week too, giving visitors plenty of time to experience all that the community park has to offer.
