Opus Stone Coming to North Naples
A new community of luxury estate homes is headed to the Golden Gate Estates section of North Naples, where crews from Seagate Development Group plan to soon break ground on dozens of new homes. The community of Opus Stone is going in at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Massey Street, with an expected start date of sometime later this year.
Plans call for adding 51 new and custom luxury homes to the more than 50-acre, gated community. Future buyers at Opus Stone can expect to find floorplans typically ranging from around 3,200 square feet of living space, to some homes with more than 5,500 square feet of living space on oversized homesites.
The larger, Golden Gate Estates section of Naples sits on the eastern side of Collier County and is known for its primarily single-family homes on large lots. It’s not unusual to find homes in this part of Naples with more than one-acre of land, but some of the homes sit on up to a 10-acre lot.
Some of the largest homes that have recently hit the market in Golden Gate Estates contain four-bedrooms and more than four-baths. Oftentimes priced in the multi-million-dollar range, these homes sometimes top 3,000 and even 4,000 square feet of living space.
Living in this part of North Naples means living close to upscale shopping and dining, including the Waterside Shops and Mercato. The location is also close to the cultural inclusions of Artis-Naples and close to Vanderbilt Beach, too.
Seagate Development Group already has examples of its custom luxury homes in such communities as Talis Park, Quail West, Windward Isle and Esplanade Lake Club in Naples, along with Hill Tide Estates in Boca Grande. The group also has some homesites available, including lakefront lots, for the construction of custom homes in the Palisades community of North Naples.
