One Naples Vanderbilt Beach Building Powers On
Construction of One Naples Vanderbilt Beach powers on, as crews continue developing the property and reservations are accepted for some of its residences. Crews recently started upgrading water, sewer lines and utilities, as well as working on the marina.
The new boutique community will eventually feature just 128 tower, Bay, and park residences. Buyers can expect to find large outdoor terraces and luxurious interior living space.
The Tower Residences of One Naples are situated in two 12-story towers. Buyers have their choice of three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts.
Ranging from around 4,000 square feet to more than 4,900 square feet of living space, the Tower Residences also have large terraces and sensational views looking out over the Gulf. Penthouse units in the towers start at 5,600 square feet, while some of the Grand Penthouses offer around 8,800 square feet of living space, as well as 1,300 square foot terraces.
The towers have a private owner’s lobby, plus a grand staircase leads to exclusive amenities including a clubroom with a piano, card room, a bar, and a library, as well as a catering kitchen and game room. The property additionally features a resort-style swimming pool and lap pool, plus some guest suites.
The Bay Residences are situated in two mid-rise buildings. Each Bay Residence includes three bedrooms, 3.5-baths, and around 3,000 square feet of living space. The private terraces overlook the marina and water views, while building amenities range from a fitness center to a rooftop pool and sundeck.
The Bay and Tower Residences of One Naples are expected to be finished in early 2025. One Naples sits at the corner of Gulf Shore Drive and Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples. The development is just minutes away from several popular sites and destinations, including the restaurants, shops, and galleries of Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South.
