One Naples Rebranded as Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples

One of the most anticipated new luxury developments coming to Naples now has a new name. The property formerly called One Naples has now been rebranded as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples.

The collaboration was recent announced by Stock Residences, which is the luxury condo division of Stock Development. When finished, the property will include 128 new residences and sit right across from The Ritz-Carlton, Naples resort, close to Vanderbilt Beach.

The beach and Gulf sit west of the new project, while Vanderbilt Lagoon sits to its north. Plans call for two 12-story buildings overlooking the Gulf and nearby lagoon.

There will also be two mid-rise buildings that overlook the lagoon and a nearby full-service marina. A fifth mid-rise building is planned to go in close to a private park.

Floorplans will range from three- to five-bedrooms, and likely start in the mid $2 million range. Buyers can expect to find large terraces with sliding doors and glass railings.

As well, the units will feature high ceilings, Cambria quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a mix of wood and porcelain flooring. The units will additionally offer private elevator entrances.

Construction should begin in about another year and be completed by mid 2025. As for residential amenities, buyers will have access to a marina, a putting green, covered pavilions and concierge service.

The property will also offer The Vanderbilt Club, with a Grand Owner’s atrium and lobby lounge, a business center, a private restaurant, and a fitness center. Other amenities include a full spa, a teen room and kids’ room, plus a club lounge with a private theater and golf simulator.

Additional outdoor amenities range from a resort-style swimming pool and lap pool to firepits and cabana suites. The Tower Residences come with private dining and a lounge on the rooftop, while the Bay Residences include a rooftop pool, a social terrace, and a waterfront promenade.

The new name is part of a licensing agreement with Ritz-Carlton and makes the second Ritz-Carlton Residences announced just this year in Southwest Florida. The Estero Bay property should break ground by the end of 2022.
