Omega at Bonita Bay Approaches 70% Sold

As more and more buyers come discover the luxuries of the new Omega at Bonita Bay high-rise, the building quickly approaches 70-percent sold. Home to just 67-residences in all, 45 of them are already sold.

Three of the building’s four penthouse units are under contract. Of the remaining units available in the building, the developer is making finish selections as the condos are completed.

This means prospective buyers need to act fast. Some of the remaining tower residences feature a total of around 4,600 square feet of living space, including some outdoor space.

They come with a dining area, great room, a family room and a double-island kitchen. The units also come with a terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen and grill.

This four-bedroom, 4.5-bath floor plan additionally offers a den. All of the bedrooms in this floor plan open up to outdoor space.

The floor plans in Omega are said to rival those of estate homes. The remaining units are priced from just under $3 million to other units topping $5 million.

As for the final penthouse unit, it’s priced at more than $8 million. This particular penthouse comes with a private poolside cabana on Omega’s amenity deck and a six-car, tandem garage.

It also comes with more than 6,400 square feet of living space under air, on top of a great deal of outdoor living space. This includes a private rooftop terrace. As well, the unit comes with a private elevator lobby.

The 27-story, luxury building is the final high-rise tower to grace Bonita Bay. It features an indoor clubroom, a large fitness center and views of one of Bonita Bay’s golf courses.
