In addition, the property offers a furnished Dock Pavilion for classes and social gatherings. The new center only complements the private residences of Mangrove Bay. Each home in the community offers up its own private boat slip, as

Old Naples is in the midst of change, thanks in large part to one visionary family. After vacationing in Naples in the past, David and Jerri Hoffmann decided to move to the city a few years ago.
Since then they’ve made a major investment in the area. Their company is now the city’s largest commercial property owner and landlord. Local leaders credit them for driving more and more people to the downtown area.
The family holds a majority ownership in Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South commercial real estate. They also recently acquired Hertz Arena and the Florida Everblades, and they’re not finished yet.
The Hoffmanns say they want to create a unified hospitality environment, with the goal of turning Southwest Florida into a virtual

Pre-construction sales, however, are available immediately. Priced starting from the high $500,000s, plans call for a total of 18 condo-hotel residences in the building, along with more than 4,000 square feet of commercial space and a building lobby located on the ground level.

A great place to catch a sunset, fish or spot dolphins; the Naples Pier is also a historic landmark. The 1,000-foot long pier provides a place to take a stroll, take in some scenery and also soak up some history in Downtown Naples.
Originally built in the late 1800s, the pier first served as a freight and passenger dock. Soon, though, the pier became a location to do much of what you still see visitors do today, including fishing or simply take a stroll. At one time a post office even stood at the foot of the pier.
The Naples Pier has been rebuilt a number of times through the years due to hurricane damage and even a fire. Fast forward to just a few years ago and a major reconstruction project at the pier wrapped up, bringing a new deck and
Noted as a professional theater in a small town, the Gulfshore Playhouse brings the experience of live theater to Naples. This small, yet impressive playhouse sits in Downtown Naples, with live productions currently at The Norris Center, but grand plans exist for its future.
A design studio is currently working on a new location along Goodlette-Frank Road to someday treat up to 400 patrons at a time on its main stage. A separate studio theater plans to offer 150 seats for smaller productions. The entire project is expected to be the anchor of a much larger mix of restaurants and retailers planned for the area.
This is, of course, a major expansion for the not-for-profit theater which first started in the mid 2000s. Founded as a professional,
