Noted as a professional theater in a small town, the Gulfshore Playhouse brings the experience of live theater to Naples. This small, yet impressive playhouse sits in Downtown Naples, with live productions currently at The Norris Center, but grand plans exist for its future.
A design studio is currently working on a new location along Goodlette-Frank Road to someday treat up to 400 patrons at a time on its main stage. A separate studio theater plans to offer 150 seats for smaller productions. The entire project is expected to be the anchor of a much larger mix of restaurants and retailers planned for the area.
This is, of course, a major expansion for the not-for-profit theater which first started in the mid 2000s. Founded as a professional,
If you’re looking for a great place to spend Christmas on the beach, you’ll want to take a second look at Naples. The city was just named one of “America’s 10 Best Beach Towns for Christmas”, as designated by Coastal Living.
The publication gives Naples high marks for it’s shopping and its window displays, especially those in the areas of Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South. Third Street South is the place to go in November with the annual tree lighting and festival. The event ushers in Santa’s arrival along with live entertainment, some tasty treats and plenty of holiday fun.
Meanwhile, a parade winds through Downtown Naples with the annual Naples Christmas Parade. This evening event is filled with floats, bands, dancers and a special

There will also be guest suites and private event space available, plus future residents of Mangrove Bay are sure to enjoy the ease of a low-maintenance lifestyle. The homeowner’s association takes care of much of the exterior landscaping and swimming pool care for homes located within the
Continuing the trend of building transformational projects in the downtown area, The Ronto Group presents Eleven Eleven Central, now taking the lead as one of the newest developments to shape the future of Downtown Naples. Located just blocks away from 5th Avenue South, plus a short distance from the beach and several downtown sites, Eleven Eleven Central aims to capitalize on its impressive setting and admirable amenities. Planned for a total of three phases when complete, eventually the
With the inspiration of Old Florida design principles, Mangrove Bay presents a luxurious collection of homes, set alongside the Old Naples waterfront. The new collection of homes currently under construction within Mangrove Bay range from one- to two-story floor plans; complete with private, Gulf-access boat slips and private swimming pools. With only a total of around 50 home sites available, the exclusive community is expected to fill up fast.
Options for new homebuyers include cottage-style homes with at least 2,500
Investing in a Naples address affords a certain level of exclusivity, after all the area features some beautiful beaches, and likewise, some beautiful homes. Of course, one of the nation’s top markets for luxury real estate is obviously tied to an upscale market, and Naples certainly doesn’t disappoint in that respect, either.

That’s evident among some of the area’s upscale neighborhoods, including the estate homes of Port Royal. Referred to as one of the most prestigious in Southwest Florida, the community offers up around 500 homes, many of which are
