No Farms - Just Spectacular Views

It may be part of its name, but Bonita Farms doesn’t have any farms at all. What it does have is some spectacular views. Set right alongside the Imperial River in Bonita Springs, Bonita Farms is a waterfront community where homes look out over the river and nearby canals.

Many homes in the waterfront community come with private boat docks and lifts, making it possible to eventually access the Gulf via the Imperial River. Along with being a popular location for boating and fishing right from your own private dock, residents of Bonita Farms also have easy access to canoeing, paddleboarding and kayaking, both on the river and on the Great Calusa Blueway.

The homes of Bonita Farms tend to vary in price depending on Gulf access as well as the age and condition of the home, itself. The riverfront homes and lots are often priced higher than the canal homes.

While you may find some new construction homes available in the neighborhood, you may also find some well-established homes. Some of them have been remodeled in recent years to include more modern features and finishes.

Many of the homes currently on the market tend to offer three-bedrooms and plenty of charming features, but there are also some slightly smaller homes that date back to the mid-century, as well as some larger floorplans for buyers to consider. Some homes come with private swimming pools and extended outdoor living and entertaining space.

This non-gated community doesn’t have HOA fees or any added amenities, but it does have plenty of room to enjoy a waterfront lifestyle. Some homes come with enough room to store your RV or boat right on your own property.

You’ll find the Bonita Farms community in Bonita Springs, just off West Terry Street and not far from US-41.
