New Models Underway at Ardena on Livingston

Some desirable new model homes are currently underway at the new Ardena on Livingston Road. This brand new, single-family home community is one of the most anticipated new developments from Pulte Homes in North Naples.

The two new furnished model homes should be completed sometime later this summer. The Layton floor plan offers up to four-bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It includes at least 3,000 square feet of living space, as well as a three-car garage.

The home also comes with a two-story foyer and a large walk-in shower in the owner’s suite. As well, you’ll find a flex room, a gathering room and a dining room.

The other model home currently under construction in Ardena is the Sanibel. This is the largest home design available in the Ardena community.

It includes more than 4,300 square feet of living space, with up to six-bedrooms and 6.5-baths. This home also comes with a two-story foyer, plus an optional pet spa, a gourmet kitchen and a large owner’s suite with a walk-in closet.

Consisting of around 40 single-family estate homes, the residences of Ardena start priced in the $700,000s. Some of the largest homes in the community are priced topping $1 million.

Buyers can choose from five Pulte home designs, starting at around 2,600 square feet of living space. Some of the homes, however, exceed more than 5,000 square feet of space.

The flexible floor plans can be personalized to fit a buyer’s needs and wants, including not only the final finishes but also the home’s layout. Located to the west of I-75, the coveted location puts residents within easy access of some of the region’s best beaches.

From Barefoot Beach County Preserve to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, there’s plenty of outdoor recreation to be found close to the new community of Ardena. In addition, the location is close to nearby entertainment.
