Home sales are up dramatically in South Naples.  The Naples Area Board of Realtors saw the largest growth in Naples real estate in South Naples.  Sales spiked by 26% over last year, the highest of the entire Naples region.  The area includes County Road 951 to Fifth Avenue between Davis Boulevard and U.S. 41.  Buyers desire to live near Fifth Avenue, close to unspoiled beaches, premier shopping, dining, entertainment, art galleries and cafes---all fixtures of South Naples.  New homes and communities are sprouting up in South Naples, including The Isles of Collier Preserve, Artesia, and Andalucia.
