New Bear’s Paw Clubhouse Slated for Early 2020
A new and improved Bear’s Paw Clubhouse brings even more options for members living in the Naples area. The new clubhouse includes more dining opportunities, including more casual outdoor dining possibilities. It can also now host larger events and functions.
The former clubhouse was demolished last year. In its place stands the new, $11 million building. As part of the renovation the club also expanded its fitness center.
Bear’s Paw Country Club is additionally home to Southwest Florida’s very first Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The golf course underwent a complete restoration itself within just the past few years.
Crews added new greens, a new practice range, a new irrigation system and new concrete cart paths. The entire course was also re-grassed. Bear’s Paw Country Club first opened in the early 1980s. Along with golf and a clubhouse the property also includes boat docks and a fishing pier, Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce courts and a pickleball court.
The member-owned country club additionally offers a full range of home styles including everything from single-family homes to villas and condos. One of the club’s most exclusive communities is Landings at Bear’s Paw.
