Neighbors Connect Around the Water at Berkshire Lakes

With seven scenic lakes found throughout the community, it’s easy for neighbors to connect around the water at Berkshire Lakes. The master-planned community in Southeast Naples also contains walking paths, which give some of the best lake views as they wind around the shoreline, making it a great place to spot birds and wildlife, while doing some walking or biking in the community.

It’s common to see neighbors out on the paths or using the private fishing pier in Berkshire Lakes. Many of the homes of Berkshire Lakes contain their own lake views too, including some of the detached homes, coach homes, villas, and condos.

With more than 1,600 different residences to choose from, Berkshire Lakes consists of around 600 detached homes, while the rest of the residential options range from coach homes and villas to condos.

The Berkshire Landings community offers just 12 units alongside one of the lakes. This community has its own private swimming pool, as well as three-bedroom units with an attached garage and large lanais.

The coach homes of Berkshire Lakes sometimes have lake views too, along with their own attached garages. In addition, The Colonies condo community consists of eight buildings overlooking lake views. There’s a walking path from the community to the lake, plus The Colonies offers its own swimming pools.

Along with the lakes, the larger community of Berkshire Lakes offers tennis courts and pickleball courts, a heated main swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Residents of Berkshire Lakes can also take part in classes, meetings, and events, as well as club activities, recreational sports, and philanthropies.
