Naples Square Taking Shape
A major new development is taking shape in Downtown Naples, where progress pushes ahead at Naples Square. A mix of housing, retailers, shops and dining, Naples Square aims to transform the downtown district with its own self-sufficient neighborhood.
Naples Square includes a multi-phase condo project, bringing hundreds of new condos to the area. The latest condos are part of phase three of the project, with options ranging from around 1,700 square feet of living space to upwards of 3,500 square feet of living space, in single- and two-story designs.
Those new condos should be read in the spring. Meanwhile, a newly redesigned amenity deck brings about a larger pool deck and heated swimming pool. Meanwhile, residents also have access to a fitness center, private storage, a clubroom and under-building parking.
Part of the site is also dedicated to The Shoppes at Naples Square, a mix of restaurants and retail space that could open as soon as next year. This part of the development aims to give nearby residents options in dining, including outdoor seating, just steps away from their private residences.
The development also includes a linear public park on its eastern side, joining the landscaped streets and further reinforcing the neighborhood’s overall lifestyle. The location of Naples Square also puts residents within easy reach of many of downtown’s most popular sites and attractions.
From the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue South to the sophistication of Third Street South and the fun of the beach, it’s all easily within reach living at Naples Square. In addition, area parks are just a short walk or bike ride away from the condos, while the location is also convenient for visiting local theaters and museums, the Naples Pier or one of the many the other popular destinations found in the Naples area.
