Naples Square Taking Shape
Naples Square---a new condo community offering the perfect mix of charm and sophistication being developed by Ronto Group located at the corner of tony Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples---has started construction and the 73 residences of the Phase I building remain on schedule for completion by fall of 2015. The surrounding neighborhood offers direct access to downtown Naples’ most popular destinations: sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, upscale restaurants, stylish boutiques, art galleries and several theaters. Over 70 championship golf courses are nearby, as well as the Naples Dog Park, marinas, the Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, two airports, and scenic paved nature trails for walkers, runners and cyclists.
Naples Square condos will feature 1 and 2-story designs, offering 2 and 3 bedrooms with Den floor plans, ranging in size from 1,200-3,600 square feet. All the units will have open-concept living areas and outdoor terraces. Prices will start from the $600s. The residences will feature generous open floor plans, high ceilings, designer kitchens, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, upscale master bedrooms, crown molding, top-of-the-line flooring throughout, and secure under-building parking.
Building amenities will include a Clubroom, a billiards room, fitness center, courtyard deck with resort-style heated pool and spa, fire pit, sundeck, pavilion bar with gas grills, private storage, bike storage and a full-time maintenance and housekeeping staff. Already, Phase I is now 80% sold. Sales contracts worth more than $42 million have been processed for Phase I residences at Naples Square. Reservations for Phase II residences worth more than $13 million have been sold since Ronto Group announced plans for Naples Square’s second building last month.
The architects of Naples Square expect to give downtown Naples an accessibility and connectivity that has not yet been present. The Naples Square community will connect Fifth Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street South via Third Avenue South. Residents of Naples Square will enjoy more immediate access to dining, shopping and entertainment venues throughout the downtown district from Bayfront west to the beach. The Third Avenue South streetscape will be finished with brick pavers, landscaping, roundabouts and fountains designed for residents to feel a park-like atmosphere with open green areas.
