Naples Reserve Surpasses $90M in Home Sales

A new master-planned community in Naples just inched closer to making $100 million in sales, as Naples Reserve recently surpassed $90 million in home sales. This milestone comes on the heals of the community hitting $50 million in sales earlier in 2017.
Already, more than 180 homes have sold across the six neighborhoods of Naples Reserve. The most popular location appears to be in Egret Landing, where one- and two-story homes traditionally offer three- to four-bedrooms and up to 3.5-baths. About 40-percent of buyers have so far purchased in Egret Landing, with its single-family homes priced starting in the mid $300,000s.
The neighborhood includes homes with open floor plans and lanais, ideal for living and entertaining. While some lots offer lake views, other designs of single-family homes within the neighborhood include nature views.
Ranked earlier this year as one of the fastest-selling communities of its kind in the Naples area, Naples Reserve offers a total of nearly 700 acres of single-family homes, custom estates and attached villas. In general, the majority of residences within the community are priced from around the high $200,000s to upwards of $1 million.
As well, the community also includes room for nearly two-dozen lakes and borders nearby Picayune Strand State Forest, with its protected wildlife, marshes and swamplands. Meanwhile, the community social center, the Island Club, includes a large clubhouse and fitness center, as well as a resort-style swimming pool, bocce ball courts and a white sand beach.
Residents also have the option of several gathering areas, from a lakeside fire pit to dining options. As well, residents can cruise along Eagle Lake on one of the community’s electric boats or take up a game of tennis or pickleball. Other amenities include a playground and picnic area, dual planned dog parks and room for jogging, hiking and biking.Â
