Naples Reserve Phase II Now Selling
With Phase I of Naples Reserve already well more than 50-percent sold, developers are moving on to selling Phase II. Some home sites in the second phase of the popular waterfront development are now up for sale.
Phase II includes room for nearly 300 new homes, including the neighborhood of Canoe Landing. Nearly all of the home sites in this neighborhood offer water views. Home designs from Stock Signature Homes range from around 2,400 to 3,000 square feet of living space, priced starting in the high $400,000s.
Phase II of Naples Reserve also includes some home sites in the Halfmoon Point neighborhood. Priced starting in the high $300,000’s, the DR Horton designed homes in this neighborhood include up to around 2,600 square feet of living space, close to the community’s rowing lane and one of its planned dog parks.
Another new neighborhood is Sutton Cay. It’s projected to make space for around 100 home sites, some sitting right along Eagle Lake. In fact, lakefront living is a big draw for Naples Reserve, made up of 22 lakes with room for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Some residents also have the opportunity to install their own personal floating boat dock.
Amenities of Naples Reserve also include access to the Island Club social center. The large clubhouse and community fitness center are joined by a zero-entry swimming pool with dedicated lap lanes, and options for indoor and outdoor dining.
The property is also home to the Outrigger Center, with available watercraft for residents to use and the property provides two electric boats for further exploring the lake and its offerings. A lakefront tennis and pickleball complex provides even more opportunities for recreation, while the property will eventually include two dog parks, a playground and picnic area, plus a linear park for jogging, hiking and biking.
