From its lush landscaping to its abundant waterfront amenities, Naples Reserve offers a true wow factor as more and more prospective residents come to see all that the community has to offer. Built up around a scenic 125-acre lake, the development also offers access to another almost two-dozen lakes, nearby nature preserves and a wealth of options for residents to explore.
It’s perhaps the natural beauty, though, that first draws in visitors, with more than 680-acres of native plants, palm trees, flowering trees and rock walls. The lakes provide room for paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking, while the large Eagle Lake includes its own Tiki hut. There’s also the option of taking advantage of one of the community’s electric boats to go out on the water.
The clubhouse and fitness center invite residents in for yoga, Zumba, spinning and more, while a zero-entry swimming pool outside also makes room for lap swimming and relaxation. As well, the Island Club serves up dining and drinks plus a lakeside fire pit and nearby white sand beach.
Meanwhile, the nearby Picayune Strand State Forest supplies protected state parkland filled with marshes, swamps, pinelands and wildlife. In the future, young residents will also enjoy a playground, while four-legged family members will soon enjoy two different dog parks.
There’s also the option of pickleball or tennis, plus space for jogging, hiking and biking. Additionally, new residents of Naples Reserve appreciate the one-year, complimentary social membership to Walker’s Hideaway Marina of Naples, with indoor boat storage, an outdoor swimming pool, waterside dining, plus Naples Bay access.
With a planned 11 different neighborhoods, the first six already welcome visitors with a uniqueness that is evident within Naples Reserve. Once inside, new homebuyers are treated to a variety of styles, from attached villas and single-family homes to custom estates.
Only a couple of miles from the Collier Boulevard intersection and just off US 41, the waterfront lifestyle of Naples Reserve affords abundant options and a pronounced wow factor in Naples.
