More like your own personalized garage, Island Storage Suites offers a place for people to store things like personal collections, including sports memorabilia, boats, watercraft, and recreational vehicles.

Unlike other storage businesses, Island Storage Suites can be used to store things, but the property also provides a place to relax or entertain. You’re able to customize your suite to meet your own individual needs.

Each unit comes with its own individual utility connection, and up to a 20-foot ceiling. The storage unit is insulated and WiFi ready, too. There’s even the option to add a personal restroom to your space.

Some people may choose to bring in things such as extra seating, televisions, pool tables and card tables. There is also the option to include a mezzanine.

Island Storage Suites is a three-phase project, with around 60 storage units spread across four buildings. Dozens of the units are already sold.
