Naples’ Most Sought After Neighborhoods

From luxury high-rises to Millionaires’ Row, some of Naples’ most sought-after neighborhoods are rich with high-end appeal. Some of these neighborhoods date back generations, but each one has its own unique features and charm.

Aqualane Shores

First developed in the 1950s, Aqualane Shores is a waterfront community of around 350 homes sitting alongside deep-water canals. While some of the most affordable homes in Aqualane Shores still top $1 million, some of the priciest homes are easily in the multi-million-dollar range.

Port Royal

Port Royal is home to some of the city’s most expensive homes. This waterfront community features several custom-built designs. Club members have access to a beach, heated swimming pool, on-site dining and tennis courts.

Moorings

With thousands of single-family homes and condos, the Moorings is a beachfront community with easy access to boating and kayaking. Not only does the neighborhood offer Gulf access but also an 18-hole golf course.

Coquina Sands

Single-family homes and condos can also be found in Coquina Sands. Close to area beaches, homes in this part of Naples are sometimes priced just under $1 million. The desirable neighborhood offers easy access to downtown, golf and more.

Old Naples

Old Naples is where you’ll find some of the nation’s priciest homes. The elegant homes of Old Naples come in a variety of styles, from Colonials to Coastal Contemporary, Spanish and Mediterranean designs. Right next to Naples Pier is Millionaires’ Row. The beachfront estates located here belong to some of the city’s wealthiest residents.

Park Shore

The upscale Park Shore neighborhood offers waterfront homes, mansions and high-rises. This highly sought after area provides the advantage of living close to the beach, upscale shopping, dining, and more.

Pelican Bay

The high-end community of Pelican Bay also offers the advantage of waterfront living, as well as direct access to the Gulf and world-class amenities. From the golf course to a private beach, you’ll find it all at Pelican Bay.
