The new Mystique tower is nearing completion, and expected to obtain its Certificate of Occupancy later this spring. Construction on the Naples tower has proceeded at a steady pace since the topping out last summer.
Recently crews reached milestones including providing permanent power to much of the tower, connecting underground utilities and have made design progress, including installing drywall and cabinetry. The two service elevators are in operation already and the four passenger elevators are next.
The highly anticipated new residential tower sits just steps away from the beach, with options including nearly 70 private residences and a handful of penthouse units. The building offers the rest of its residents access to a two-level parking garage and electric vehicle charging.
