Southwest Florida is filled with some beautiful home designs, including some recent award winners. In particular, one home in Lucarno at Mediterra is a two-year recipient of Overall Excellence in Construction and Design from the Collier Building Industry Association. The most recent awards came during the 2018 Parade of Homes.
The Capriano model home from London Bay is a two-story villa with around 4,400 square feet of living space. The luxury home offers four-bedrooms and four-baths, plus a wine cellar and study. Priced at around $2.8 million, the home also includes a guest suite, wet bar and lounge on its second level.
London Bay Homes is also the recipient of an Overall Excellence in Construction and Design award for its Sonoma model home. Located in Caminetto at Mediterra, the model home is the only floor plan in this particular neighborhood featuring a two-story design. At 4,400 square feet, the Sonoma model home also offers four-bedrooms and is priced upwards of $3.1 million.
London Bay additionally picked up a Merit Award for its Bettina villa home. The model home is part of Cabreo at Mediterra and includes 3,100 square feet of living space plus a summer kitchen. The home is priced at around $1.96 million.
The fourth award picked up by the homebuilder references the Catalina model home in Cortile at Mediterra for beautiful design and construction. This 5,200 square foot home also offers exceptional outdoor living space including a swimming pool, spa and fire pit. Located in North Naples, the Mediterra community itself is an eleven-time award winner for Community of the Year, while its club has been honored as one of the top country clubs in the world. Mediterra offers its members access to a sports club and a tennis program. It also provides bocce ball courts, two golf courses and a beach club on Little Hickory Island.
