Mediterra Amenities Top the Charts

It’s not unusual for Southwest Florida communities to surround a golf course, but two champion golf courses are just the tip of the iceberg at Mediterra. Renowned for its abundant lifestyle amenities, the gated Mediterra community contains two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses, which combine to form the first 36-hole golf facility in the world to be a certified, Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary.

The Sports Club at Mediterra is additionally home to eight Har-Tru tennis courts, four Bocce courts, several pickleball courts, and a fitness center with a studio, spa services, and a sauna. In addition, the club offers everything from gourmet to casual dining options.

A few years ago, Mediterra completed a $16 million, two-phase renovation project at the clubhouse. Today, the clubhouse features a sunroom, a garden room, and a ballroom for events and galas, while a fire pit terrace overlooks golf course views.

The two-story, Mediterra Beach Club, meanwhile, offers indoor and outdoor dining, plus members can utilize chairs, umbrellas, and towel service. As well, there’s a heated swimming pool available.

There are also several miles of pathways for walking and biking within Mediterra. Despite the many added amenities available here, much of the 1,700-acre, master-planned community is designated as preserve.

The multi-award-winning community of Mediterra remains one of the most popular places to call home in North Naples, and not just for its many amenities. The community also provides space for more than 900 private residences, situated within several different neighborhoods. Buyers can choose from coach homes, villas, or single-family estate homes.

This means sometimes choosing from one of the floorplans from London Bay Homes that typically range from around 2,800 to 3,000 square feet of living space. There are also some luxury villas in the community, and even some grand estates in Mediterra priced in the multi-million-dollar range.
