Marquesa Isles Coming to Naples
A new community of twin villas is coming to Naples, where construction crews recently began clearing land for construction of Marquesa Isles. The gated community sits just off County Barn Road and Davis Boulevard, with eventual plans calling for more than 150 villas to be built at the site.
A development of Neal Communities, Marquesa Isles could be open as early as next fall, complete with designs influenced by British West Indies-style architecture as well as the classic coastal designs of Caribbean plantation homes. In addition to the new construction residences, an amenity center will join the twin villas of Marquesa Isles, including a swimming pool and spa, plus a fire pit and cabanas.
The space will also make room for a community kitchen, grills and a dog park. The entire development additionally allows for the enjoyment of more than two-and-a-half acres of nature preserves and a pair of three-acre lakes at the center of the community. It’s said that the residences of Marquesa Isles will resemble the paired villas of Windsong, another property by Neal Communities, this one taking over completion of the longstanding Verandah community.
