Mangrove Bay Opens up Wellness Center
The opening of a highly anticipated Wellness Center makes the latest addition to Mangrove Bay in Naples. Perched right along the Gordon River in Old Naples, Mangrove Bay pairs waterfront living with the enjoyment of newer construction homes.
While wellness centers typically offer a range of health-related services, the newly opened Mangrove Bay Wellness Center features a fitness center, concierge office and a resident lounge. The center also offers a viewing deck and a paddleboard/kayak storage area for residents.
In addition, the property offers a furnished Dock Pavilion for classes and social gatherings. The new center only complements the private residences of Mangrove Bay. Each home in the community offers up its own private boat slip, as well as the option of private swimming pools and covered outdoor space. A handful of move-in ready residences are available in the community, and several more homes are currently under construction in Mangrove Bay.
Options include both single and two-story floor plans, with waterfront and inland properties. Typically, the homes of Mangrove Bay range from around 2,400 to 4,000 square feet of living space.
Priced starting under $2 million, there are also some residential options in the multi-million-dollar price range. While more limited, some of the Cove Residences of Mangrove Bay offer private boathouses and docks, large garages and elevators. These homes are typically in the range of 4,200 square feet of living space.
Residents of Mangrove Bay enjoy the luxury of a low-maintenance lifestyle. Pool and lawncare is provided to residents. For a limited time too, new owners in the community enjoy membership to Naples Grande Golf Club.
As one of the last available waterfront communities in Naples, Mangrove Bay is located just blocks away from Third Street South and 5th Avenue South, as well as some of the region’s best Gulf beaches.
