Construction begins soon for a brand-new community headed to Naples. Manatee Cove is set to go up on 75-acres of land, conveniently located off Manatee Road and US 41 in eastern Collier County.
The entire project calls for around 160 single-family homes when complete. Buyers will have their choice of either a single-story home or a two-story home in the community. While home prices have not been announced just yet for the new community, the homes of Manatee Cove are expected to include the addition of smart home technology.
According to Pulte Homes, the developer of Manatee Cove, the home designs will also feature open living space, large owner’s suites and well designed and appointed kitchens. Construction on the new homes should begin sometime early next year, with new homes offered up for sale in the near future.
Shared community amenities at Manatee Cove, meanwhile, include access to a swimming pool, fire pit and cabana. Buyers can also be assured of no community development district fees for the homes of Manatee Cove.
The future community sits within walking distance of area schools, plus it’s also close to various options in entertainment and recreation in the Naples area. From the vibrant shops and dining opportunities of 5th Avenue South to Third Street South, local parks and area beaches, there’s plenty to enjoy about living in this part of Naples. The new community’s location is also just minutes away from several grocery stores and other conveniences in the surrounding area.
