New homes are going fast in Fiddler’s Creek, where the Malaga neighborhood is already sold out. Stock Development recently reported a brisk sales pace for the summer season, with sales and revenue both up substantially between July 2019 and this past summer.
The company ties some of that success to a change in the market due to COVID-19. According to Stock Development, homebuyers these days are looking for a single-family home with more private outdoor space to enjoy.
Of course, Southwest Florida perfectly fits that desire, with fabulous weather and home designs that easily incorporate a great deal of outdoor living space. Malaga features open concept designs typically ranging from around 2,800 square feet to more than 3,600 square feet of living space.
The homes in this neighborhood generally offer three- to four-bedrooms, along with an island kitchen, outdoor living space and a three-car garage. In particular, The Madison II floor plan in Malaga features around 3,000 square feet of under air space, plus another 850 square feet for outdoor living.
That outdoor space can easily incorporate an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and spa, and a fireplace. The slightly larger Ulyssa floor plan offers your choice of either a fifth bedroom or a bonus room. It also includes a study, a wet bar and a large great room.
The Belfield floor plan, meanwhile, offers an optional wet bar, a breakfast nook, a study and a formal dining room. The overall setting doesn’t hurt either.
Fiddler’s Creek is a large, master-planned community right off Collier Boulevard. Much of the community is dedicated to lakes, parks and nature reserves, while about one-third of it is reserved for residential use.
Fiddler’s Creek is home to a large Club & Spa, along with tennis courts, a fitness center and dining possibilities. Residents also have the option of joining The Golf Club and playing on the Arthur Hills-designed golf course.
