The Kensington Golf & Country Club is one of the oldest and most established clubs in North Naples. First opened in the mid 1990s, the gated golf course community is home to hundreds of private residences.

Four of its neighborhoods offer coach homes, with generally around 1,700 to 2,800 square feet of living space. Each coach home comes with a garage and provides the advantage of golf course views.

There are also a half-dozen different neighborhoods featuring villas and single-family homes. These properties range from around 2,100 to 5,000 square feet of living space. A majority of these homes are also on the golf course.

For those with a larger budget, Kensington offers two neighborhoods with estate homes. These homes typically start at around 3,000 square feet of living space.
