The award-winning Kalea Bay high-rise just picked up some prestigious new awards. The luxury community recently won two Sand Dollar Awards from the Collier Building Industry Association.
The awards are for Best Newspaper Ad and Best TV Commercial. The property used drone footage and stills from its rooftop to showcase all of its upscale amenities.
Just a few months ago, the property picked up three Aurora Awards from the Florida Home Builders Association. Kalea Bay took home Best Print Ad and Best 30-60 Second Video to secure two Grand Aurora Awards.
The property was also rewarded for its 2020 Overall Campaign with a Silver Mark Aurora Award. The advertising ads seem to be paying off.
Only a handful of residences remain for sale in Tower 200. New residences are still available, however, in Tower 300. Still under construction, Tower 300 is scheduled to be finished in fall of 2022.
Like Tower 200, Tower 300 includes space for 120 private residences. The six available floor plans range from three-bedrooms plus a den to four-bedrooms. Each unit includes around 3,700 to more than 3,900 square feet of living space. The homes also come with a large lanai. Other additions include massive sliding glass doors.
Tower 300 includes 20 residential floors topping two levels of parking. Residents additionally enjoy access to a rooftop swimming pool, an open-air fitness center and a sky lounge.
The amenity package at Kalea Bay extends to a main area with three individual swimming pools, a fitness center and an open-air bar. You’ll also find an event lawn, a children’s game room and a lakeside firepit.
A tennis pavilion tacks on Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts, while guest suites are available near the clubhouse. A planned Wellness Center will eventually bring in a yoga studio, Pilates, a spa and a sauna.
