Sales are going strong at Kalea Bay, where Tower 200 is quickly nearing a sellout. Only a handful of new residences remain up for sale in the luxury high-rise.
In the meantime, tower three is already under construction. Like the first two towers, it promises some incredible Gulf views.
Tower 300 will eventually make room for 120 private residences, with 20 floors of condos topping its two floors of parking. The third tower plans to offer a half-dozen different floor plans, ranging from three-bedrooms plus a den to four-bedrooms.
The large homes all offer around 3,700 to upwards of 3,900 total square feet of living space. Each of the open floor plans opens up to a large lanai, with plenty of desirable living and entertaining space.
Buyers can also expect to find a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Other common features include floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening up to the outdoors, and uninterrupted views from the glass-railed lanais.
The condos of Tower 300 start priced from $1.5 million. The amenity-rich community offers a range of additional options for its residents, as well.
Each tower includes its own rooftop swimming pool, a sky lounge and an open-air fitness center. In addition, Kalea Bay provides its own amenity center next to the lake.
You’ll find three more swimming pools plus a fitness center, fire pit, an event lawn, a kid’s game room and a teen lounge. There are also some on-site dining options, plus the property offers up some Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts.
There are additionally some overnight suites available to guests. Along with the addition of Tower 300, Kalea Bay is currently planning for the construction of a new Wellness Center, complete with a sauna, yoga studio, Pilates and spa treatment rooms.
