From extraordinary homes to fantastic view and amenities, there’s so much to like at Kalea Bay. The luxury high-rise community is currently under development in North Naples, featuring three- to four-bedroom tower condos with Gulf views.

While only one tower is currently complete, each of Kalea Bay’s towers will eventually provide a rooftop swimming pool, sky lounge and an open-air fitness center. This is in addition to the newly completed main amenity area available to all residents.

It includes three swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining, an open-air bar, fitness center and an Internet café. Additionally, there’s a designated Teen Lounge and a game room for the younger kids.

Just adjacent to the property’s clubhouse is a tennis pavilion complete with Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts. In addition, guest cottages are also available. The on-site amenities are only complimented by the beach shuttle, taking residents from the clubhouse to the sand and water.

Currently the property’s second tower is under construction, bringing even more residential options to the area. Plans call for the new 22-story tower to bring another 120 luxury condos to the site.

The original tower has long since sold out, while the second tower is more than 50-percent sold already. The private residences top two levels of parking.

Residential options will include up to 3,900 square feet of living space in the new tower, complete with custom kitchens and top-rated standard features. Luxury additions range from a soaking tub in the master bath to quartz countertops and direct water views from multiple locations in the private homes.

As well, new buyers will find sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and doors opening up to glass-railed lanais. The units of the second tower start priced well above $1 million.

Eventually, plans call for the construction of five separate towers on the property, each with its own rooftop amenities and fantastic views. The gated Kalea Bay development sits off Vanderbilt Drive.
