Kalea Bay Expanding with Third Tower
Celebrated Kalea Bay is expanding once again, this time with news of its third luxury tower. The developer of the high-rise community recently released pre-construction pricing on the units of Tower 300.
Reservations are being offered right now for the property’s third tower, with contracts expected sometime later this fall. Priced starting above $1 million, many of the units of Tower 300 will enjoy views directly overlooking the water and nearby preserve.
New buyers can expect to choose from a half-dozen different floor plans, including designs with three-bedrooms plus a den or four-bedrooms. The units range from around 3,700 to 3,900 square feet of living space.
Tower 300 provides for large private lanais, designed to be used as outdoor living rooms. Buyers can also expect to find large kitchen islands, quartz countertops and high-end cabinetry.
The third tower stands 22-stories high, making room for 120 new residences topping parking. The units of Tower 300 will also offer expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading out to the glass rail lanais.
Planned building amenities include a rooftop terrace and swimming pool, an open-air fitness center and a sky lounge with exceptional views overlooking the Gulf. Residents of the third tower will additionally be able to enjoy Kalea Bay’s community clubhouse with another three swimming pools, a large pool deck, indoor and outdoor dining options, plus a fitness center.
Future residents will also enjoy access to an event lawn, a kid’s game room, a teen lounge and a lakeside fire pit. This is in addition to the Har-Tru tennis courts and pickleball courts, plus the convenience of guest suites. Residents of Kalea Bay, meanwhile, also enjoy easy shuttle service from the community clubhouse to area beaches.
Kalea Bay's Tower 100 is already sold out and sales are moving briskly for Tower 200. It’s scheduled to be finished in August of 2020.
