Kalea Bay Checks all the Luxury Boxes

With the amenities you’d expect at an ultra-luxe resort, Kalea Bay checks all the luxury boxes for upscale living in Naples. This exclusive development will eventually feature five residential towers overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

For now, the fourth tower at Kalea Bay remains under construction, with plans to welcome its first residents in spring of next year. High-end features and finishes come standard with the residences of Tower 400, as they are expected to feature hardwood floors, walls of windows for admiring the views, open air lanais with glass railings, and private elevator foyers.

All of the bedrooms are ensuites in Tower 400, plus the units come standard with a butler pantry, an oversized kitchen island, quartz countertops, and a soaking tub. Much like the new tower, the three previously constructed high-rises at Kalea Bay feature condos with either three-bedrooms plus a den or a four-bedroom design.

All condos at Kalea Bay include at least 3,200 square feet of living space, which is also what you’ll find when Tower 400 opens. The new condos will additionally come fully furnished.

Each of the residential towers at Kalea Bay includes its own rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and views overlooking the Gulf. You’ll also find an open-air fitness center and a Sky Lounge.

The five-star amenities expand to include a massive amenity center that features a clubhouse and two restaurants, two open air bars and three swimming pools. You will also find some tennis and pickleball courts, as well as a pro shop on the property.

As well, Kalea Bay includes a wellness center with spa treatment rooms, a teen lounge and a kids’ game room, some outdoor fire pits, and guest cottages. There is also a 24-hour manned gatehouse and garage parking available. A shuttle provides transportation to a private beach.
