Jasper Flats- Naples’ Latest Villa Complex

Sales are going strong for the latest villa complex in Naples, as Jasper Flats is already nearing a sellout of its phase one villas. The new twin villas are expected to be delivered sometime this year, with phase two coming next.

Some of the community’s amenities are also currently under construction at the site, including the swimming pool and the shared outdoor living space. Crews are also constructing an on-site sales office and a furnished model for potential buyers to view.

Prospective new residents of Jasper Flats can choose from either a single- or a two-story residence with up to three-bedrooms and an attached garage. The villas come with either lake or landscape views. 

All units include a spacious great room, high ceilings, quartz countertops and solid wood cabinetry. The units also feature the advantage of reinforced concrete block construction, plus they come with some standard space-saving and highly efficient features.

With 1,500 square feet of living space, a two-story unit at Jasper Flats is the largest available residence in the community. The second floor of the unit is where you’ll find a third bedroom suite and a full bath.

The largest single-story, two-bedroom unit features around 1,300 square feet of living space. This villa has the option for a rear deck, plus you’ll find a kitchen with an oversized island and high ceilings.

A slightly smaller floorplan at Jasper Flats contains around 1,200 square feet of living space. It is also a single-story layout.  

Found close to Downtown Naples, living in Jasper Flats means easy access to major roadways, including US 41 and I-75. You’ll also find several nearby grocery stores and major retailers in the area, as well as fitness centers, parks, shopping, and more.

The new twin villa community sits on Whitaker Road, in between Santa Barbara Boulevard and County Barn Road.
