Isles of Collier Preserve Introduce New Coastal Cottage Collection

A new Coastal Cottage Collection is now available to prospective buyers at The Isles of Collier Preserve. The collection offers floorplans named to reflect the relaxing beauty and appeal of Captiva, Useppa, Sanibel and Marco islands.

The designs are expected to range from around 1,200 square feet to 1,400 square feet in size, with two-bedrooms and two-baths. Two of the floorplans come with the flexibility of a den, while all include a two-car garage and a front porch.

The Coastal Cottages will also come with a large number of windows, high ceilings and open floorplans. Buyers seeking one of the Coastal Cottages will be able to choose from one of the 150 homesites located close to the entry of The Isles of Collier Preserve.

Many of these homesites include the addition of water views, while all make it easy to access the community’s many walking trails. As for its amenities, the community features tennis and pickleball, a swimming pool and separate lap pool, a yoga lawn and a kayak launch.

There’s also a beach area with cabanas and a clubhouse with a fitness center. More than half of the property’s acreage is dedicated to nature preserves and natural habitat.

The Isles of Collier Preserve sits a few miles from Downtown Naples, and is bordered by Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve, Dollar Bay and Naples Botanical Garden. Along with the new Coastal Cottages, this Naples community also offers some luxury villas and single-family homes.

The low-maintenance villas feature two- to three-bedrooms plus a den, a dining room and two-baths. They also come with a great room, a two-car garage and a covered lanai. The villas typically range in size from around 1,500 to 1,800 square feet.

Single-family homes in the community generally range from around 2,000 to upwards of 4,300 square feet of living space. They feature gourmet kitchens with islands and outdoor living areas.
