Isles of Collier Preserve Expanding
A popular community in East Naples is expanding by more than 200 new homes. Minto Communities recently acquired an additional 100-acres or so to put in hundreds of new homes at Isles of Collier Preserve.
The $10 million land acquisition sits on the western edge of the community. Minto purchased five parcels of land to soon built 138 new paired villas and 91 new detached single-family homes.
The new homes will be going in close to Bayshore Drive and south of Thomasson Drive, surrounding four lakes and a wetland area. Sales on the new section of the community could open early next year.
More than half of the property will stay as preserves and lakes. Collier County Commissioners approved the plan for more housing in early 2021.
Last year, Minto reported record sales in the community, with around 250 new home sales. Since first opening in 2014, Minto has sold more than 1,100 homes.
The villas and single-family homes are priced starting from around the $400,000 range, but some of the homes easily top $1 million. Minto offers dozens of different floor plans, including coach homes, villas, and single-family homes. The residences from Minto range from 1,500 to 4,300 square feet of living space.
Stock Luxury Homes offers two different home collection in the Isles of Collier Preserve. Its homes range from 2,500 to 3,900 square feet of living space.
More than half of the Isles of Collier Preserve is dedicated to preserves and natural habitats, with trails, biking baths, nature observations areas and a kayak launch. The master-planned community also has some exercise stations, plus docks and a boathouse.
A nearby private yacht club and marina has membership opportunities providing deep-water access to the Gulf. The community is also just a few miles away from upscale restaurants, shops, art galleries and entertainment venues in the Naples area.
