Home sales are booming in South Naples right now, particularly in the popular communities of Fiddler’s Creek, Naples Reserve and Isles of Collier Preserve. Stock Development reports it’s already been a great year for the company, with several models currently open for viewing in all three neighborhoods.
Since the beginning of May alone, Stock reports a summer sales pace of 113 new home contracts, totaling more than $117 million. For all of 2019, Stock reports 238 home sales, worth an estimated $279 million.
In particular, at Isles of Collier Preserve potential buyers can tour 12 model homes right now. The community consists of three series of homes designs from Stock, starting at around 2,400 square feet of living space. Home designs from Stock in Isles of Collier Preserve are priced starting in the $600,000s, with some of the largest floor plans priced starting in the $900,000s and including upwards of 3,900 square feet of living space.
The luxury community also offers its residents access to a kayak launch, dock and boathouse at The Isles Club and waterfront dining at the newly opened Overlook Bar & Grill.
Stock also has a half-dozen models currently available for viewing at Fiddler’s Creek. Stock is building within select neighborhoods in Fiddler’s Creek, with more than a dozen custom estate floor plans for buyers to choose from.
Priced starting in the $600,000s, the Stock designed home of Fiddler’s Creek generally include at least 2,600 square feet of living space. There are also some much larger homes with more than 3,100 square feet of space. Fiddler’s Creek additionally offers resort-style swimming pools, golf, tennis and a marina, plus a club and spa.
Stock is offering another four home models at Naples Reserve. The neighborhood presents the luxury of a waterfront lifestyle close to downtown and close to area beaches.
