Golf Magazine and Talis Park have joined together to create the ultimate Golf Magazine’s 2015 Golf Dream House in Naples.  The bright and airy home has been completed and sold, offering unmatched golf course views and features a generous open plan where every area of the house flows into the next.  It teams up luxurious comfort with top amenities in a beautiful setting with a Pete Dye-Greg Norman golf course.  The private Talis Park golf course is one of the premier golf destinations in the nation.

The par-72 course is optimally maintained, and has sprawling lakes, rolling hills and high-backed bunkers.  The Pete Dye-Greg Norman designed course is located in a beautiful setting.  The 10,000 square foot, 2-story estate home overlooks the 14th hole of Talis Park, offering unparallel views from nearly every room.  The Dream House is a group effort by Sunwest Homes, Design West, Naples-based local architecture firm Weber Design Group and BCBE Construction.  The home enjoys a comfortable open floor plan and open design concept making it a perfect layout for entertaining with outdoor/indoor living space celebrating Naples’ year-round warm sunny climate.

The outdoor living area features a pool, Jacuzzi spa, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and cabana bar, in addition to a lanai patio.  The interior features a generous master bedroom with outdoor shower and sun deck; wine room; game room; and cigar humidor.  The Dream Home features 4-bedrooms+Den/4.5-bathrooms/3-car garage and one garage designated just for golf cart storage.  Other luxury amenities include two built-in radial wet bars, gourmet island kitchen and intricately detailed volume ceilings throughout, and hardwood floors.  The style is dubbed “coastal California” architecture with a “West Indies influence” showcasing clean lines and elegant simplicity.  The home will be featured in the October issue of Golf Magazine.  The home was sold for an undisclosed amount while still under construction.
