Get Back To Nature At Naples Reserve

naples reserve in southeast naples

One of the newest master-planned communities in Naples is Naples Reserve, designed with features that promote an active healthy lifestyle in addition to lovely Key West-style single-family homes.  Naples Reserve is ideally located only 10 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, downtown Naples, and Marco Island.  On Florida’s Paradise Coast, it’s a convenient spot to enjoy boating, kayaking, lounging poolside, fishing, world-class dining, waterfront cafes, shopping and entertainment.

The warm and inviting community of Naples Reserve is surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty, and includes miles of walking and biking trails, and private lake that is interconnected to several freshwater lakes.  There are 11 unique, planned waterfront neighborhoods.  So far, award-winning builder Ashton Woods Homes will build one and two-story Southern Coastal Key West-style homes in Naples Reserve’s neighborhoods of Egret Landing, Mallard Point, Savannah Lakes, and Sparrow Cay.  Homes will range in size from 1,671 to over 3,400 square feet.  Five custom home builders will make available 1 and 2-story floor plans.

When build-out is complete, Naples Reserve will have 1,150 single-family homes.  The following neighborhoods are highlighted to represent the sizes of their homes:

  • Mallard Point: 1,671 – 2,000+ square feet
  • Egret Landing: 1,986 – 2,400+ square feet
  • Savannah Lakes: 2,287 – 2,800+ square feet
  • Sparrow Cay: 2,698 – 3,400+ square feet

Within the community, amenities include a resort-style pool, children’s pool, executive-level Clubhouse with dining, private lake, complimentary social membership at Naples Harbour, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, water sports, miles of walking and biking trails around the lake, tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center, and bocce ball.  Nearby, residents will find golf courses and other outdoor recreational activities.  Paddle boarders and kayakers will have use of the lakes at Naples Reserve.  There is an island with a hut for residents to explore and for community events, like clambakes and picnics.  There will be a pontoon boat to shuttle residents to the island.  Prices start in the mid $300s.
