Gated Island Walk Offers Many Amenities and Low HOA Fees

Upscale homes and low HOA fees are what you’ll find with the gated Island Walk community of North Naples. Made up of around 1,800 private residences, the homes of Island Walk range from townhomes to attached villas and single-family homes.

A two-story townhome in the community offers three-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and a one- or two-car garage. An attached villa, meanwhile, often includes two-bedrooms plus a den, two-baths, and a two-car garage.

There is also the option for a large single-family home with up to four-bedrooms, three-baths, and a two-car garage. Some of these homes come with a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a large lanai for additional outdoor living and entertaining space.

On the inside, some homes come with a number of upscale features and finishes, such as crown molding, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and more. Primarily constructed between the late 1990s through the mid 2000s, the neighborhood was built up by DiVosta, and many homes in the neighborhood overlook lake views.

At the center of the lakefront community is Town Center, which is where you’ll find a clubhouse, a fitness center with personal trainers, and a community room. As well, you’ll also find such conveniences as a gas station and post office, plus a salon and restaurant.

In addition, the community offers several planned social events for its residents, including holiday festivities and club meetings. Island Walk sits on the corner of Logan Boulevard and Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples. The location positions residents close to some of the region’s best Gulf Coast beaches.
