Four new estate designs by WCI Communities have now been introduced at Raffia Preserve, a planned community of single-family homes currently under construction in North Naples. The estate homes include 2,300 to more than 3,600 square feet of open floor space, in addition to private, outdoor living space supplied by the large lanais.

Common features of the estates include dens, great rooms and formal dining rooms, as well as some designs that offer bonus rooms, game rooms, second-story lofts and three-car garages. Other design features include granite countertops in the kitchens, tile flooring, walk-in closets in the owner’s suites and Whirlpool appliances.

While the Messina design offers 2,500 square feet of space with three-bedrooms and 3.5-baths, the Bristol includes 2,800 square feet, with four-bedrooms, three-baths and flex space for either a media room or den. At two-stories, the Chelsea delivers four-bedrooms and four-baths while the other new model, the Coventry, supplies four-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and a butler’s pantry.

The new designs compliment the other two already existing designs, the Corsica with 2,900 square feet, including three-bedrooms and three-baths, and the Athens at Raffia Preserve, with three-bedrooms, 2.5-baths and an estimated 2,300 square feet of living space. Priced starting in the lower $400,000s to the $500,000s, the estate homes add to the selection of available designs within Raffia Preserve, which also offers select executive home designs. The largest floor plan is a two-story design with six-bedrooms, 4.5-baths and a game room, altogether delivering more than 4,400 square feet of living space.

Located between Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee Road, the development is found right along Collier Boulevard. Raffia Preserve boasts a fitness center and a clubhouse complete with a catering kitchen and clubroom. The community also includes a beach-entry, resort-style swimming pool, a sports field, a full basketball court and a playground.
