While there are many upscale condo communities to choose from in the North Naples area, five is truly the magic number at Cove Towers. This west of 41 high-rise development includes not one, but five residential towers overlooking views of the Gulf, Wiggins Bay, and the nearby nature preserve.

The five towers were constructed starting in the late 1990s. The first 15-story tower faces the Gulf and Wiggins Bay. It offers condos typically ranging from around 1,600 to 1,700 square feet of living space.

The next tower was constructed the following year. It offers residences primarily ranging from around 1,600 square feet to 1,900 square feet of living space.

The third tower was constructed soon after. It is an 18-story building with units that typically range from around 1,800 square feet to sometimes 2,500 square feet of living space.

The fourth tower is also 18-stories high. Its condos are even larger, as they typically range from around 2,400 square feet to 2,600 square feet of living space.

The final tower contains condos with some of the largest floorplans. The units oftentimes range from around 2,600 to 2,700 square feet of living space for a penthouse unit. This tower is also 18-stories.

Recently listed condos on the market at Cove Towers oftentimes have three-bedrooms and at least one parking space. Inside, you’ll likely find high ceilings, and sometimes units that have been remodeled or updated with some of the latest features and finishes.
