Falling Waters is Home to One of the Biggest Pools in SW Florida

Some communities boast about their resort-style swimming pools, but Falling Waters actually has one of the largest swimming pools in all of Southwest Florida. The condo community is home to a massive, 11,000 square foot swimming pool that holds an impressive 400,000 gallons of water.

Alongside the pool, you’ll find tables and chairs, loungers, and Tiki Huts. A community clubhouse, meanwhile, adds in a library and kitchen, a dance floor, some conversation areas, and a large television.

Planned activities, luncheons, meetings, and more are held at the clubhouse. In addition, the community offers its residents access to a putting green, shuffleboard, bocce ball courts, and clay tennis courts.

Falling Waters has a manned, 24-hour security gate, and there’s paved space for walking in the community, too. Falling Waters sits within close proximity to area beaches and golf courses, schools, retailers, and restaurants, all of which are an easy drive from the Falling Waters community of Naples.

Mostly built up between the late 1990s to mid 2000s, Falling Waters is further divided into seven different subdivisions. While one of the smaller condos in the community may contain around 1,200 to 1,300 square feet of living space, some of the largest offer around 1,500 square feet of interior living space.

Many of the units include two-bedrooms and two-baths, but you may also find some three-bedroom units available. Depending on the chosen condo, the unit may come with a garage or carport.

You may also find outdoor summer kitchens and large lanais for additional living and entertaining space. As well, you may find such desirable features and finishes as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood cabinetry, and plank-style tile flooring.

Some of the units have been updated in more recent years. The condos of Falling Waters commonly overlook waterfalls, preserves, landscape, and amenity views.
