Every Home is Waterfront in Royal Harbor

Still noted as one of the top boating communities in Naples, every home is waterfront in Royal Harbor. Originally developed starting in the 1950s, Royal Harbor sits withing biking, boating, or even walking distance of many local attractions.

This highly desirable community offers around 400 single-family homes, with many of its original homes either renovated in recent years, or even replaced with modern, custom estates. Homes in the area are commonly priced starting in the multi-million-dollar range, with some homes selling at prices considerably higher than that.

Some of the homes add in outdoor lanais, private swimming pools and outdoor living and entertaining space. While the homes and properties of Royal Harbor are certainly impressive themselves, those in search of a boating lifestyle are sure to be lured in by the waterfront possibilities.

Each home in Royal Harbor either sits right alongside a deep-water canal or directly on Naples Bay with a boat dock. This makes it easy to get out on the water whenever you choose, with no-bridge access to the open water.

Most canals in the community work for large vessels and sailboats, but there are some that better accommodate shallow draft power boats. It’s not unheard of to spot manatees and dolphins out in the water in this part of the state, including in some of the neighborhood canals.

Along with the waterfront opportunities, the neighborhood is also close to area attractions, including Third Street South and 5th Avenue South. Whether you’re interested in living close to some of the best restaurants and shops of Naples, or close to area beaches, Royal Harbor certainly delivers with a prime location.

Of course, a waterfront lifestyle is a big part of why people move to Royal Harbor, and boaters have plenty of options when it comes to this Naples waterfront community.
