Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes Amenity Center Underway
This month, construction has begun on the new amenity center at Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes in sunny Naples, which will be the crowning centerpiece of the new community. A groundbreaking ceremony took place last week by builder Taylor Morrison for the new community’s amenity center, located east of Collier Boulevard, off Rattlesnake-Hammock Road. The community, Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes, is in close proximity to beautiful Gulf beaches and Marco Island, and a short drive to downtown Naples, featuring upscale shopping, dining, cultural arts attractions, recreational activities, health care facilities, and higher education programs at nearby colleges/universities.
When completed, the planned Clubhouse will include fitness rooms and equipment, multi-purpose activities room, movement room, a full-service catering kitchen, a grand lobby with reception area, and a social gathering place. Outdoor amenities for residents of Esplanade of Hacienda Lakes will include a resort-style pool with spa and lap lanes, resistance pool, cabanas, fire pit, covered lanai, sports courts, lighted pickle ball courts, tot lot playground, and a dog park. Adjacent to the Clubhouse are plans for a special events lawn.
Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes is a Taylor Morrison signature gated community of more than 400 single-family homes and villas for people who are looking for an active lifestyle and intimate neighborhood location; the community offers maintenance-free living with resort-style amenities. The housing options present Taylor Morrison’s most popular home designs, featuring 10 spacious open floor plans with 2-4 bedrooms; all with flexible space options; luxurious owner’s retreat/master suite; designer finishes; gourmet kitchens; tile roofs; handsome exterior touches; and lush landscaping embracing a Californian-Tuscan architectural style. Homes are priced from the $300’s. Homes feature 2-3 BR/2-3.5 BA/1 and 2-story/2-car garage/1,689-2,921 SF. From I-75, take exit 101 (Collier Boulevard) and head south towards Marco Island (approximately 3 miles) and take a left at Rattlesnake-Hammock Road. Community entrance is on the right side.
