Escape to Naples Reserve

Escape to a waterfront lifestyle, complimented by resort-style amenities and impressively designed homes within Naples Reserve. This South Naples community is under development right now, centered around a large lake and nearly two-dozen smaller lakes, with eleven neighborhoods to its name.
The premiere community’s abundant amenities range from the newly completed Island Club with a waterfall swimming pool, bocce ball courts and beach volleyball to a large fitness club and community center complete with a café and oversized aquarium to welcome guests.
While some planned amenities are not yet complete, tennis and pickle-ball courts are already open, as is the Outrigger Center, a place with floating docks plus canoes, kayaks and paddleboards for residents to use. Future planned amenities of the development include two dog parks, a tot lot and a park aimed at providing room for jogging, hiking and biking.
The community features a range of housing options too, from attached villas to single-family residences and custom estates, constructed by a number of builders and priced generally from the high $200,000s to those topping $1 million. Some of these homes offer their own enviable outdoor living space, from private swimming pools and spas to fire pits and outdoor fireplaces for entertaining.
Perhaps most desirable of all, though, are the waterfront properties, where residents can enjoy all that the lakes have to offer. Just last year the community launched an electric boat, taking residents and guests on a journey around its largest, 100+ acre lake.
This set the stage for plans to construct a dock at the island in the center of the lake, allowing for a boat shuttle to its beach. Additionally, some residents may also build their own boat dock on the community’s big lake, providing additional water access.
By final build-out, Naples Reserve is expected to offer more than 1,100 homes, including some custom designs by various builders.
