A new option in downtown living is now selling in Naples. The developer behind Eleven Eleven Central is now accepting reservations for phase one of the property, located along Central Avenue in the Naples Design District, between 10th and Goodlette-Frank Road.
When completed, the entire development will consists of three phases, generating more than 200 individual residences at the site. Eleven Eleven Central will offer a trio of four-story buildings, topping parking.
Specifically, though, phase one includes around five-dozen units, with floor plans ranging from roughly 1,400 to nearly 2,300 total square feet of living space. The homes will offer covered balconies for outdoor space and at least two-bedrooms, with some also including a den. The residences will also provide for plenty of upgrades, from high-ceilings and large glass sliding doors to open floor plans, kitchen islands and either quartz or granite countertops.
Plans for added amenities within Eleven Eleven Central include access to a catering kitchen and fire pit, a fitness center, several guest suites and extra storage room. As well, the property will also eventually include a club room, bocce ball courts and a courtyard park with a yoga lawn and an impressive, larger-than-life chess set.
The amenity deck will also include a resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes, outdoor showers, cabanas and room for grilling. A putting green and fenced-in dog runs will be added in as part of phase II, while residents will also enjoy assigned, underground parking and room for bike storage.
Located only a few blocks away from the vibrancy of 5th Avenue South, residents are sure to enjoy all of the many offerings of a Downtown Naples lifestyle, from local entertainment to dining and shopping. In addition, the site of Eleven Eleven Central is simply a short distance from the beach, with plans calling for a community beach shuttle to transport residents.
