Elegant Bonita Isles is Close to Everything

Both elegant and convenient, it seems Bonita Isles is more than just another community of beautiful homes. Its prime location also means living close to virtually everything in Bonita Springs.

Found close to the north end of Old US 41, the Bonita Isles community makes it easy to head to the sand and water of Bonita Beach or head to the shops of Coconut Point mall. While the location is certainly admirable, others come to Bonita Isles for its home designs.

The community offers single-family homes and attached villas, typically with around 1,500 square feet of living space to sometimes 2,400 square feet of living space. These are generally newer construction homes that were built within the past 10 years.

If you’re lucky enough to find a home on the market today, it may come with its own screened-in lanai and private swimming pool. You may also find an outdoor kitchen, plus such upgrades inside as granite countertops, crown molding, custom lighting, and an open layout.

Even some of the attached villas offer two-bedrooms plus a den, sometimes with a center-island kitchen, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The homes of Bonita Isles offer views of the lake, a wooded area, or a landscaped area, and were originally developed by Minto Communities.

Home to around 200 residences today, the gated community consists of just one street and two large lakes, surrounded by preserves and landscaping. As for amenities, Bonita Isles offers a community center with tennis, some fitness equipment, and a meeting room.

You’ll also find pickleball, a grilling pavilion, and a play area for kids. The swimming pool and sundeck overlook lake views. While the neighborhood does not include its own golf course, there are several courses nearby for residents to consider.
