Dog-friendly Sancerre Condos are Sized Like Homes

While not all condos have a pet-friendly atmosphere, it’s even rarer to find a condo that welcomes dogs and also provides enough space to make it feel like you’re living in a single-family home. That’s exactly what you’ll find, however, when you take your home search to the Sancerre Condos of Naples.

Part of The Moorings, Sancerre was first developed in the mid 2000s. The condo property has the advantage of large floor plans and a location that’s virtually right on the sand.

Typical condos at Sancerre tend to offer between 3,700 square feet of living space to sometimes 4,600 square feet of living space. While some people and pets move to Sancerre to downsize, others move to the building to enjoy an abundance of extra space.

The high-rise building offers around two-dozen private residences, typically with three-bedrooms plus a den or even four-bedroom layouts. Some of the units are larger than others, as owners over the years have opted to take advantage of their large lanais to further increase their indoor living space.

Pet owners are sure to appreciate that Sancerre allows up to two large dogs of a certain weight to live in the units, as well as cats. As for some of its human amenities, Sancerre offers access to beachfront swimming pool and spa, underbuilding garage parking and bicycle storage.

You’ll also find some gas grills, some concierge services available, and some planned social events for residents of Sancerre to enjoy. Additional options include furnished guest suites, a community room, a library, and a fitness center.

Of course, beach access is a highlight as well, along with the convenience of living in a gated community. Sancerre was originally developed by WCI. The building sits close to Doctors Pass and also not far from the Port Royal Club.
