Coquina Sands: A Great Place to Call Home
With stunning views and an impressive collection of homes to choose from, Coquina Sands is, quite simply, a great place to call home. This prestigious beachfront and waterfront community truly stands the test of time, now with hundreds of single-family homes and hundreds of condos to its name.
As one of the oldest communities in Naples, development of Coquina Sands first began in the mid-century, continuing through the mid 1980s. That’s not to say that all of the homes in Coquina Sands date back to the same time period, though. You will also find older estates that have been torn down and replaced with new construction luxury homes, offering up some of the latest features and modern finishes.
While homes in Coquina Sands typically start at around 1,300 square feet of living space, there are also more generously sized luxury estates with upwards of 7,500 square feet of living space. This allows for a great deal of flexibility in design with homes in the area.
In fact, there are nearly two-dozen different condo communities alone to choose from, several of which are beachfront developments.
